1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rencontre-Visit website and mobile application. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. USER ACCOUNTS
When creating an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Rencontre-Visit to:

- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Share explicit, illegal, or offensive material
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization
4. CONTENT AND PHOTOS
All content you submit must be your own or content you have the right to share. You grant Rencontre-Visit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines.
5. SAFETY AND MEETING IN PERSON
While we verify profiles, we cannot guarantee the identity of every user. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person. Read our travel safety tips before meeting any travel buddy in real life. Rencontre-Visit is not liable for any incidents that occur during in-person meetings.
6. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
Premium memberships are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through your app store.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rencontre-Visit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to, interaction with other users, travel outcomes, or technical issues.
8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
